Protective Services

HUB Enterprises, Inc. is among the largest security companies in the southern United States. We are aware of the industry requirements and customize our programs to meet the needs of our clients on an individual basis. The size of our security force provides us the ability to respond to emergency situations while continuing to provide services to our clientele. Our success in the industry is largely due to our unwavering commitment to customer service. Each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who responds to all client questions, requests and concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

HUB’s Uniformed Security Division is comprised of experienced and extensively trained officers. Our training program provides officers with the skills and tools needed to perform his / her duties with confidence and efficiency. HUB maintains a state board approved training academy located at our corporate campus. Certified training instructors are employees of HUB and are responsible for providing all classroom training, in-service training, as well as firearms training and qualifications.

HUB offers both armed and unarmed officers based on the needs of the customer. Multiple field supervisors manage each shift and are responsible for conducting frequent random inspections of all client facilities and assigned security officers to ensure that the officers are in complete uniform and are performing their duties as requested by the client. The field supervisors provide emergency coverage in the event that an officer is unable to report to their assignment.

HUB utilizes an electronic time verification system at each client location to assist supervisors and management teams with tracking and verifying the security officer’s activities during their respective shifts. Reports from this system are made available to the client. HUB has implemented an automated quality assurance program, which includes a caller ID function. Officers are required to telephone into the system hourly to verify that they are on post. If an officer fails to call in hourly or telephones in from an unauthorized telephone number, the system automatically notifies the on-duty field supervisor at which time the supervisor responds to the client location to investigate the matter.

HUB Enterprises maintains a fleet of fully marked security patrol vehicles. We provide customers with highly visible security inspections of their facilities in an effort to deter and detect trespassing, vandalism and any other acts of criminal activity.

Our uniformed patrol officers are professionally trained associates of HUB Enterprises and are responsible for conducting patrol inspections of customer facilities, as well as response to any alarm activation. If the patrol officer observes evidence of criminal activity, vandalism or trespassing while on the customer’s property law enforcement is immediately contacted and the customer representative notified. Our patrol officers may act as key holders for those customers who prefer to not physically respond to their facility to disable and reset their alarm system in the event of a false alarm activation.

HUB Enterprises is the leader in providing contract aviation security screening services for the private air terminal industry. Immediately following the events of 911 HUB was called upon by several major Fortune 100 companies to develop a robust security screening program for all flights servicing the offshore oil and gas industry. We presently provide full-service security screening for all of the major private air carriers throughout the gulf coast states, which include uniformed professionally trained screening officers and x-ray machine and magnetometer operations. We employ full time service technicians and RSOs (radiation safety officers) to service, repair and maintain all equipment providing our customers with a single source provider solution for their needs. Based on our extensive experience in this specialized field we are able to offer our customers programs tailored to meet their specific needs.

Executive protection (EP), also commonly referred to as personal protective services, refers to security measures taken to ensure the safety of VIPs, their families or other individuals who may be exposed to elevated personal risk because of their employment, celebrity status, wealth or associations.

Our EP agents are highly trained professionals with extensive experience and training in the disciplines of personal protection, security surveys / advances, defensive tactics and protection driving skills and techniques.
